SEG list: Add Column for main point of contact SEG

Add a column in the Excel file that records the main point of contact from the SEGs for the Credit Union. This is information that the Credit Union often has and should thus be reflected within our software to keep everything streamlined for the CU. It would replace the contact information we already have for most organizations.
