Create a column in the excel file that records the main point of contact from the credit union toward the SEG and connect this SEG to that particular user in the software. The business need is that the CUs record this on their end so, again, us reflecting that will allow for a clear oversight within the software and offer a great experience for the client. The idea here is that we could basically assign the SEGs to members of their business development team and as the SEG software evolves we could help the reps that own certain relationships perform better at their jobs.
